TWINS !!

We are expecting twin grandsons sometime this fall. Wow , congrats to Rob and Rachel . There is nothing more fullfilling than having your family, yes, with challenges; but with much joy. As the years roll on, we realize more and more how much each of our children and grandchildren mean to us.

New project

I have been getting the itch to make something. I noticed we have a shortage of nice quilts for our bed. We do have regular blankets....but i'd like a nice top quilt. So I decided to make a crazy quilt.... I'm not sure how it will turn out, but I have TONS of material scraps. I'll keep you posted as I make progress....

buzzz... January yard in California

While I was in California last week, I walked through the yard at my mom's
and I saw the bees buzzing away...  One of my pictures actually came out clear!

new found addiction....

I found some new found addictions.... Pinterest.  it is a cool place to share and find new ideas. Also i got an ipad used on ebay.  I think I like it better than my laptop.... almost. It's just that you have a hard time copying, printing, and working one some sites that ipad dosn't seem to like.  So I guess it's a good mobile pc, with a limited use.,
